Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging where applicable.

Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If you need an exchange, email us at [email protected] and include photos if possible.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue store credit or a replacement according to the circumstances and our approval.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
